Below you'll find quite literally our "Frequently Asked Questions" If you cannot find an answer to your question please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.
1. How long will it take until my design is ready for delivery?
Turnaround times can vary, it really depends on the current volume of projects we are handling. Most times you can expect to review your designs first draft in an average of 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri). During heavier periods, turnarounds for first draft can take up to 10-14 business days.
2. What if I need my design sooner, say in 24-48hrs?
We have a "Rush Service" to accommodate those last minute design needs, an additional rush fee is required up front, just ask for our "designer on call". Please contact us with your details and we'll find a way to help you!
5. What are your typical hours of operation?
Our regular working hours or "business days" are Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept major credit cards through PayPal.com, you DO NOT need an account with PayPal to place an order.
4. Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. Any discounts or special arrangements are dealt with on a per project basis. Please contact us with your details and we'll be happy to work out a special discount for your bulk order.
5. What if I don't like my design?
Honestly, it hasn't happened yet. We strive to get it right and hit a home run on the first try. However we are prepared for that rare case that someone doesn't like their design by standing behind our work 100% - we'll revise the design until you are 100% satisfied - no questions asked. Who else do you know is that can provide that kind of guarantee?
6. What kind of designs will you NOT do?
MinisiteGraphics is a family oriented business, and only work with "G" rated imagery. We DO NOT provide services for illegal, unethical, adult related or otherwise "provocative" niches. We DO NOT and WILL NOT use images where the subject wears revealing clothing. We reserve the right to refuse any request we feel violates these terms for any reason.
7. Where are you based?
We are a East Coast - U.S. based business located in Wild Wonderful West Virginia, just 90 miles as the bird flies from the nations capital.
8. Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes we have an affiliate program. If accepted you'll get a 20% commission on accepted projects you referred through your affiliate link.
